Charlotte is a registered dietitian accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and an active member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA). She holds a first-class degree in Nutrition from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Dietetics from King's College London.
Throughout her career, Charlotte has contributed to a wide range of healthcare settings, including NHS and private hospitals in London, among them leading teaching hospitals. Her clinical expertise spans weight management, nutritional support, oncology, cardiovascular and respiratory health, food allergies and intolerances, and women's health conditions including PCOS. She is also experienced in managing gastrointestinal conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, and gluten insensitivity.
At Headland Care Consulting, Charlotte contributes specialist dietetic expertise to the design and development of condition-specific care frameworks, ensuring that nutritional guidance is evidence-based, practically implementable, and aligned with the complex needs of residents in premium care settings.
