Dannielle Freeth MSc is Headland Care Consulting’s Psychotherapist & Psychological Lead for Cancer

Danielle is an experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor, working with patients navigating the psychological impact of diagnosis, treatment, survivorship and health-related uncertainty.​

Her practice integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a strong understanding of the emotional and behavioural challenges associated with serious illness, including anxiety, adjustment, grief and identity change. Dannielle focuses on strengthening emotional resilience, coping capacity and psychological stability, supporting individuals to maintain wellbeing and quality of life alongside medical treatment or recovery.​

At Headland Care Consulting, Dannielle plays a key role in shaping the psychological care framework, ensuring that mental health support is fully integrated into patient pathways. She works closely with clinicians, patients, and families to provide practical, evidence-based interventions, while contributing to the development of services that are compassionate, effective, and aligned with best practice in psycho-oncology.
